From a young age, I felt drawn to enter into the struggles of others and help ease their suffering. This led me to eight years of formation in a Catholic seminary, where I witnessed the profound impact that relationships have on our ability to endure hardship, heal, and grow.

God ultimately called me to a different vocation, but I left the seminary with a much clearer focus of what helping others looked like: namely, that loving relationships were the key not only to enduring the trials of life, but to thriving amidst them. This is what led me to earning my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University.

Today, I consider it a privilege to help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, navigate life's challenges, and move toward greater connection, healing, and freedom.

Originally from Tallahassee, Florida (Go Noles!), I enjoy spending time at the beach, being with friends, and most especially sharing life with my wife, Kelly, whom I married on May 30th, 2025!
